This is what we do
We produce precision tooling and molds utilizing modern “non-traditional” machining.
From design to production, our focus is always to provide a quality product at a competitive price. Serving medical, orthodontic, automotive, and aerospace industries, we understand how important leadtimes are. We have in house heat treat, grinding, machining, and EDM capabilities. We use Solidworks CAD and Esprit CAM products and work directly from customer provided models or can design your product or tooling at our facility. Using Mitsubishi EDM drill, Wire EDM, and Conventional “Ram type” or sinker EDM, we are able to supplement your shop on a time and material basis. EDM
Wire EDM
We currently have four Mitsubishi wire EDM machines. Each are capable of 4-axis and taper cutting, and are ready to cut with .003, .004, .006, .008, and .010 diameter wire. Using our fully submergible Hermann Schmidt Spin/Indexer we are able to cut profiles on round parts. All our machines are set up with System 3R tooling, which allows parts to transfer from one machine to the next without any added set-up.
Sinker EDM
We offer two EDM Sinkers:
Mitsubishi EA8 Advance sinker with 20 position tool changer, and C-axis makes complex cutting possible. Perfect for all your mold making requirements, or small forming dies. Tapping holes in hardened material as small as 2-56, this machine can do it all!
Mitsubishi EA12V Advance sinker
EDM Drilling
To add to our capability, our two Mitsubishi small hole EDM Drills are customers favorites. We use electrodes as small as .008 diameter and can easily drill through any conductive material. If you have in-house tooling capability, let us compliment your capabilities with our EDM drill services!
